Hansen was chosen by a sustainable start-up activewear company to design their first line of clothing.  This consisted of her creating the flats and patterns for Men's and Women's short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and rain jackets.  Each garment had to be graded into their designated sizes: Men's S-XXL and Women's S-XL.  On the flats, TerrApparel asked Hansen to decide on the logo placement and to design a print that included their name and a recycling symbol that will be used in production.
